Package it securely
Protect your device with adequate padding and a sturdy shipping box to help prevent damage during transit.

Do not include accessories
Unless requested by our team, please do not include your case, charger, cable, SIM card, or other accessories.

Use tracked shipping
We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking and keeping the tracking number until your device has been received.

What happens next?

3. We contact you if anything changes
If we discover additional damage or a change in repair cost, we will contact you before completing additional work.

4. Your repair is completed
Most repairs are completed within 24 hours after approval and payment, subject to parts availability, repair complexity, and device condition.
